The group entered hotel management in 1992 with the construction of the emblematic Hotel Don Cándido in Terrassa, near Barcelona. This was followed by other hotels in Spain: The Santa Catalina Hotel in Las Palmas, The Samil Hotel in Vigo and The Vapor Gran Hotel and Terrassa Park Hotel both in Terrassa.

This Division plans, supplies, builds, implements and manages all the establishments under a single common denominator: a commitment to delivering services to the cities in which our projects are developed, providing better services aimed at high-class tourism and, whenever possible, restoring unique buildings which increase the city’s architectural value.
