After the success of the renowned Croupier School, the UCC aims at training the employees of the Corporation for their roles at different levels and in different areas so as to allow them to fully develop their professional skills and improve services, image and efficiency.

Five years ago, the UCC implemented the first Master’s Degree in Gaming and Leisure in Spain and Europe which was developed in collaboration with the EAE (Escuela de Administración de Empresas, business administration school) and the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC).

The services provided by the UCC ensure the proper training of personnel and include installation and equipping of training classrooms for all gaming and leisure centres, anywhere in the world.

In 2009, the UCC completed 470 training activities with 8.500 participants involving 133.000 training hours.
